A Bordeaux inspired Semillon (90%) and Sauvignon Blanc (10%) blend from the travelling Sommeliers, Carla and Richard Betts. The Semillon fruit is grown by gnarled old bush vines in the sandy soils of the Vine Vale sub-region of the Barossa. It is zippy, yet textural and creamy and a whole lot of fun.
