This idyllic location, with its breathtaking landscape and rich history, has been a source of inspiration for generations, and it is from here that Pot & Still draws its creativity and passion for crafting unique and high-quality products.
At Pot & Still, we believe in honoring the flavor of our ingredients, preserving their essence through our meticulous distillation process. But our journey to becoming one of Australia's leading producers of hand-crafted spirits began in a rather unconventional way. It was through the purchase of equipment from a closing food manufacturer that we stumbled upon two striking sculptural vessels, reminiscent of Jules Vern's iconic rocket ship. Intrigued by their potential, we transformed these vessels into our unique stills, giving a nod to the Do'ers - the collaborators, family, advisors, and our team - who make our ideas come to life.
Our passion for innovation and attention to detail is evident in every aspect of our production process. From designing our own manufacturing equipment to researching and perfecting the art of distillation, we are constantly striving to push the boundaries and create spirits that are truly one-of-a-kind.
