Our vineyards span over 27 hectares of prime land, carefully selected for their unique soil composition and optimal exposure to sunlight. The combination of clay and limestone soils, coupled with a temperate climate, creates the perfect conditions for our grapes to thrive.
Using traditional winemaking techniques and modern technology, we hand-harvest our grapes and carefully vinify each plot separately to preserve their distinct characteristics. We then age our wines in French oak barrels, allowing them to develop their full potential and complexity.
