Here, we work with two indigenous varietals - Garnacha Negra and Cariñena - grown at high altitudes and low yields, allowing for intense fruit concentration and a unique flavor profile.
But it's not just the variety of grapes that sets us apart; it's also our diverse terroir. From the freshness of our limestone to the fruitiness of our clay, and the minerality of our slate to the vibrancy of our sandy parcels, our vines grow in a range of soils and slopes.
