Boscarelli have long been one of the shining lights of quality in a region that, despite its name, has often housed many underperforming producers. Owned and run by Paola de Ferrari Corradi and her two sons, Luca and Nicolo, as well as being ably assisted by winemaking star, Maurizio Castelli, the wines always exhibit a plushness and modernity that splices nicely into the natural minerality and dried herb and earth of the Tuscany. The wines of note are the straight Vino Nobile and the Riserva ' Nocio'.
