With all these grape varieties, we obtain Eidosela’s Albariños and the outstanding Condado wines (the best cut strains of each kind)
White wines
Our white wines are divided in two varieties:
Monovarietals of Albariño, which we use the grapes of different terroirs to enhance our young, vintage and sparkling wines.
Multivarietal, which are a blend of our main local grapes, Albariño and Treixadura, and we blend these with different types of grapes from our fields.
Sparkling wines
We create several high-quality sparkling wines by using the champagnoise method. This technique allows us to create the best quality sparkling wines in the world:
Albariño Brut Nature, bubbles in its purest and most elegant fashion.
Albariño Brut with the most tempting bubbles.
Sparkling Rose Wine (blend of different varieties). A Brut with a strong personality.
Eidosela Seleccion
Wine made with grapes from the Condado do Tea subzone, hand-harvested in 18 kg boxes in the optimal state of ripeness and health.

Wine made with grapes from the Condado do Tea subzone, harvested from the oldest and best oriented lands of our partners.
