Our Pioneers range is produced with the intention of providing a pretty and understated counter-point to our big and bold Classic releases. The Merlot was harvested from select rows in Block 7 we’ve singled out as consistently producing fruit expressing pretty florals and ripe cherry flavours. Cabernet Sauvignon from Block 3, was added due to it’s light structure and pretty blackberry fruit profile. Rounded out with Cabernet Franc from Block 10, with it’s texture, spice, and driving plum fruit.
