Nick Butler - The Real Review
Palest yellow colour, bright and fresh. Bath salts, white pears, lemon curd and red apples - aromatically vivacious. It's round of bead and bristling with crunchy green-apple acidity. Ultra-dry with a measured tease of mid-palate sweetness. Very good

Frothy, easygoing and perceivably dry, at least in the context of domestic prosecco. Autumnal fruits, pine and pistachio. This washes down easy, with or without food. Fun drinking.

This is in the slot for fuss-free drinking. That’s what the word prosecco means to most, and why complicate things. Apple and spring flowers, a little peach and almond, with a generally de rigueur spoonful of sweetness in the mid cleaned up by a foamy wash of bubbles and crisp acidity. It does what it says on the box, as they say.

Frothy, easy and thirst-quenching, if chilled enough to override the tangy lick of sweetness. Aromas of glazed quince, white pepper, nashi pear and dried mango. Delicious because of its mindlessness, rather than in spite of it.

Frothy, easy and thirst slaking, if chilled enough to override the tangy lick of sweetness. Riffs on glazed quince, white pepper, nashi pear and dried mango. Delicious because of its mindlessness, rather than in spite of it.
Huon Hooke - The Real Review
Light, bright yellow colour with a vigorous mousse of bubbles. The bouquet is elusive and a bit bland, as is the taste. Very crisp acidity: hence it really needs food. It's light, straightforward and dry, a good aperitif or mixer.

I always feel bit bad reviewing wines like this because, really, they’re not for analysing.
This is light and fruit-driven with a slip of fruit sweetness, though the latter is kept in check. It drinks well in a refreshing, light, uncomplicated way, its grape-and-apple flavours maintaining good energy throughout. The main take-home here is that while fruit sweetness is clear it’s not too sweet; it’s more-ish.
Stuart Knox - The Real Review
Bright straw yellow. Bright apple and pear aromas. Very nervy on the palate, ripe apple fruit, almost cidery, with a vigorous bead. It carries reasonable length but lacks definition into the short finish
