Lune d’Abricot (Apricot Moon) is the rebirth of a traditional liqueur, the Apricot Brandy. The Merlet family selected with contracted French producers it's apricots. An artisanal method of fruits infused spirit allows to softly extract the genuine flavour of the flesh and a part of the kernels. Then, those infusions are blended with a hint of a young Cognac distilled by the Merlet family. Lune d’Abricot delivers such intensity and a labyrinth of aromas. This adds a new vibrance to some of the greatest cocktails. A very fine blend allying the maceration of Roussillon apricots and a touch of our family cognac.
