Product Highlights
Here’s a name you probably should know: Champagne Haton.
"The #1 Up-and-Coming producer in all of Champagne" - Tom Stevenson, Chair of the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships.
“An outstanding Champagne and a discovery for me.” - Huon Hooke, The Real Review.
A family-run house nestled in the heart of the Marne Valley, just outside Champagne’s capital, Épernay. They’ve been at it since 1610 (yes, really), and they’re still proudly independent, run by Jean-Noël Haton and his son Sébastien. Let’s just say, when your Champagne’s this good, you don’t sell out to the multinationals.
They farm sustainably, keep things traditional, and stay true to the roots of Champagne. No overripe fruit, no shortcuts, all about freshness and minerality. That’s why three-Michelin-starred restaurants like Le Calandre in Italy keep it on the list year after year. And at Le Calandre, it’ll cost you around $230 a bottle.
We import directly, so you get these elite-level Champagnes for way, way less.
The Brut Reserve is Haton's calling card - A classically styled Brut with structure, and just the right pop of citrus and brioche. We love its clean, elegant palate, with surprising concentration - tastes like you spent a whole lot more than you did.
