The wine is light and soft in the mouth, nicely balanced with a trace of sweetness mid-palate before a clean dry finish. The wine is youthful, fruity and seamless, beautifully balanced and cleansing in the follow-through, with a subtle lemony aftertaste.

A family-run house nestled in the heart of the Marne Valley, just outside Champagne’s capital, Épernay. They’ve been at it since 1610 (yes, really), and they’re still proudly independent, run by Jean-Noël Haton and his son Sébastien. Let’s just say, when your Champagne’s this good, you don’t sell out to the multinationals.

They farm sustainably, keep things traditional, and stay true to the roots of Champagne. No overripe fruit, no shortcuts, all about freshness and minerality.
