The "Terres de Grande Champagne" (soil from Grande Champagne) is a minimum 5 years old, up to 15 yeas old, and already round and rich. Good value for money.
EYE: golden and coppery.
NOSE: fine aromas, where flowery tones prevail, as well as apricot and vanilla.
PALATE: medium bodied, with stone fruits and vanilla oak flavours, finishing freshly and smoothly.
How to enjoy it? Best as a casual digestif, but also deliicous as long drink: 30ml Cognac, ice, and top up with tonic.
