10% whole bunch, open pot fermentation, aged 11 months in French oak (20% new). A breezy, easy-to-love pinot noir that brings more than a touch of Peninsula elegance to the glass. Is it the fresh acidity, the cherry pip dry tannins or the finely delivered cherry, cranberry, blood orange zest, earth and herbs? It's all three. They work so well together. With flavours like that, it will be hard to keep in the cellar.

Lifted and perfumed, with aromas of red cherries, rose petals, raspberries, dried herbs and sweet spices. The palate is light-bodied and supple, with bright acidity and fine tannins giving notes of cranberries, pomegranate, rhubarb and citrus peel. Light and easy from a cool vintage, with an energetic finish.
