The palate is mid-weighted, with fine-grained tannins and a plush, rounded mouthfeel, finishing gentle and giving. 15% whole-cluster fermentation, with early drinking appeal from a cool vintage.

All estate-grown fruit and fermented with 15% whole bunches. A light, bright cherry red. Understated with aromas of red fruits, pressed flowers and a little spice. The palate is deceptive in that, while it's delicately framed and very well balanced, there's also more than enough underlying tannin to suggest this will continue to open up and blossom in the bottle over the next five or so years.

This is 100% destemmed; 70% aged in French oak, the other 30% aged in tank. A light, bright ruby. A very well-crafted wine at this pricepoint. Vibrant with raspberries, cherries and spice aromas, the palate is ripe, flavoursome and velvety smooth. No need to put this one in the cellar; just drink and enjoy.
