A cool and wet vintage in the Grampians presented its challenges in 2023 and wines are a little lighter and more elegant than in a warmer year but show finesse and lovely complexity.Formed 400 million years ago sandstone structures rise abruptly from the cold plains of Djab Wurrung 260m above sea level. A low nutrient environment produces fruit of intensity and seductive fragrant power.

50% of the blend consists of 25% whole bunch portion.
AGEING
Matured in French Oak 90% in an older large vat and 10% in new barriques for 10 months.
