This vintage sees this labelled as low preservative rather than preservative-free. Otherwise, the style of this cuvŽe remains, with an engaging immediacy of fruit and a generally quaffable quality cast across cherry, blackberry, tart red plum and blue floral notes, accented with warm bitumen, white pepper and anise. Mid-weight in feel, with a clutch of fine yet determined tannins, this is no park wine, rather an engagingly fresh take on the grape that is built with food in mind.
