There is a lovely depth to the wine on the palate, with crisp acidity to leave you wanting more (and more). Perfect food wine, be it BBQ seafood, chicken schnitzel or simple margarita pizza.

Tasting Notes

Like a spring orchard, floral notes jump from the glass. The wine is fragrant with lime, lemon, green apples and peach. There is a lovely depth to the wine on the palate, with crisp acidity to leave you wanting more (and more). Perfect food wine, be it BBQ seafood, chicken schnitzel or simple margarita pizza.

Product Highlights

It's not very often that we find a wine like this. At first sniff, it is clean, crisp, and floral, and this flows to the deliciously juicy palate and mouth-watering finish; however, take your time, and you can find some really interesting texture in the wine and over a glass, more and more will appeal.

This tiny parcel allowed Adam to scratch a winemaking itch! He's taken this single block and had some fun, what if I did this, or try doing that??!! New French oak barrel fermentation, time on lees etc etc.

What has resulted is this quite extraordinary wine that is exclusive to you at the TWC. Instead of having this parcel blended into a bigger parcel, we get to share this with you, and we bet you will be pleased we did!
