2023 Alte Pinot Noir Orange 6 Pack

All fruit was de-stemmed and cold soaked on skins for 4 days prior to ferment. The juice was then allowed to warm and was inoculated with a Pinot Noir specific yeast for fermentation. Post-ferment, the parcels were drained and gently pressed off skins before being transferred directly to old French Oak barrels for maturation. The barrels were racked and blended post maturation, then lightly fined and filtered for bottling
