I can’t see any GI listed on the bottle, it just says ‘Wine of Australia’. Then again, I could just need glasses.
Brown pear, a musky perfume, some cinnamon and assorted spice, slight herbal top note. It’s fresh and lively, a good amount of acidity along with powder-fine grip, some mandarine tang in with the pear and brown pear skin, finish is dry and spiced, offering good length. A fine-boned but pleasingly textured expression of the grape variety.
