The Barossa’s Eden Valley has some of the world’s oldest Riesling vines and has built a reputation for producing some of Australia’s best Rieslings. Eden Valley Rieslings typically have delicate floral aromas and intense citrus lemon-lime flavours, with a mineral backbone and have great aging potential. A vibrant palate of lemon zest and lime. Sourced from Eden Valley, this Riesling shows a fine boned minerality with fresh fruit and chalky texture finish typical of cool climate viticulture. A wine that be enjoyed in its youth or will grow in complexity over several decades.
