From a new outfit in Victoria, this one comes from viognier, marsanne, riesling from a certified organic vineyard. Bold move naming your whole winery Vin De Soif. No room for vin de garde as a start! Super creamy, mousse-like texture with high sense of sweetness, Parisian almonds, pineapple, vanilla. It’s flamboyant and fun, has some pretty tight and refreshing acidity in the core, but it doesn’t feel overly refreshing, if you get my gist. A boozey, woozy, soft fizz. Fun, I guess you could say.
