This SHY SUSAN PINOT NOIR 2021 is a light and elegant expression of the Alpine Valleys region of Victoria. The wine is a deep ruby colour and offers aromas of ripe red berries and dark cherries, with subtle notes of violets and spice. On the palate, it has a silky texture and is medium-bodied, with fresh and lively acidity, and a lingering finish. The flavours of ripe fruit, dark cherries and subtle spice are well balanced by a fine tannic structure. This is a very enjoyable Pinot Noir that can be enjoyed now or cellared.
