Wild herbs, gingery spice and crushed nectarine can all be found as the 2022 Rosé 11 Minutes unfolds in the glass. This smooths over the palate with textures of pure silk. Lime zest enhances its ripe green melon tones. A buzz of residual tension forces the mouth to water as sour citrus and minerals slowly fade. Nicely done. The Rosé 11 Minutes is a blend of 50% Corvina, 25% Trebbiano, 15% Syrah and 10% Carmenere. - Eric Guido

Light salmon pink, copper reflections. Delicately savoury with a background of fresh red cherry fruit, hints of candied orange zest, some honey blossom. Fresh, fine nuances of currant, pleasant acidity, light on its feet and animating, a fine summer wine.

Expressive and lifted right out of the glass, this rosé is a vibrant and energetic as they come. Opening with aromas of wild strawberries, crushed sour cherries, mint and a touch of thyme. Crunchy with a line of acidity that runs the entire length of the palate making each sip refreshing. Mixed red berries drive the palate as the wine finishes with a subtle floral note, giving the wine a very elegant elegant finish.

A pleasant, floral rosé with orangey fruit and blossoms. Medium-bodied with a taut palate and a mild phenolic pull that keeps everything in order. Nice and tight. Glass stopper.
