This release, from a co-op of 80 growers who know their vines like family, brings you a lineup that captures the heart of the Mailly’s Grand Cru village terroir.

The Intemporelle (meaning ‘everlasting’ or ‘timeless’) is a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir is exclusively from chalk soils on north-facing slopes and bottled at 5 bars of pressure for a vinous style full of character. With a 4.7g/L dosage, it’s both elegant and robust. Huon Hooke awarded it 97 points, calling it “a truly wonderful Champagne” with “hints of lemon, iced pastries, and smoked charcuterie,” finishing with a “crisp, lively, refreshing finish that runs long.”
