A ripe and structured Champagne that tastes less dry than it really is thanks to the rich fruit of the 2018 vintage. Aromas of violets and lilac. I love the creamy texture on the mid-palate and the chalkiness at the generous and well balanced finish. A cuvee of 75.9% pinot noir and 24.1% chardonnay from the sites Les Godats pres Romont, Les Villiers and Sous la Ville. 8.8% was vinified in oak casks and disgorged on December 13th 2022. Just 2.6 g/l dosage.
