Bright straw-yellow. A complex bouquet evokes orange zest, pear, pungent flowers and dusty minerals, with a suggestion of honeydew melon in the background. Stains the palate with juicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors that turn deeper with aeration. Closes stony and quite long, with lingering florality and a hint of fennel. (Aged in stainless steel tanks for a year.)

(30% dona blanca, 30% treixadura, 30% verdello and 10% monstruosa; no malo and no oak): Pale, hazy yellow. Musky citrus pith and pear skin aromas are complicated by intense mineral and floral nuances. Dry and chewy on entry, then lithe and focused in the mid-palate, offering sharply focused lemon and pear flavors that put on weight with aeration. Powerful but vibrant, with excellent clarity, finishing on a bitter quinine note.
