White Possum is a dynamic and passionate producer based in Melbourne, Australia. Born in October 2014, our mission is to showcase and support the incredible spirits made right here in our own backyard. As avid spirit enthusiasts ourselves, we may spend a little too much time indulging in tastings, but it's all in the name of bringing you the best of Australian-made spirits.
Our signature tasting flights and advent calendars provide an interactive and convenient way to sample a diverse range of Australian spirits. With over a thousand products in our database, we are constantly on the hunt for new and exciting spirits to add to our collection. We take great pride in working with small-batch distillers who pour their hearts and souls into their craft, often juggling full-time jobs alongside their passion for creating exceptional spirits.
In addition to our tasting flights, we also produce a range of delectable liqueurs that are bursting with flavor. These liqueurs are specially crafted for cocktail bars and discerning mixologists, and some are even Australian firsts, such as our Amaretto and Maraschino. We are always experimenting and pushing boundaries to bring you unique and delicious liqueurs that will elevate any drink.
At White Possum, we are committed to sustainability and reducing waste. That's why we not only support local distilleries, but we also recycle used glass bottles for our limited edition liqueurs. Although our recycling practices have improved, we still collect and repurpose used glass bottles to create our liquor-scented candles. Each candle is hand-cut using a diamond saw and makes for a perfect addition to any home.
