Our tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave, hand-selected and harvested at the peak of ripeness. The agave is then slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens, allowing the sugars to caramelize and develop a rich, complex flavour. After fermentation and double distillation, our tequila is aged in oak barrels, where it matures and develops its smooth and velvety texture.
