Segni di Langa - Gianluca Colombo "I AM A WINEMAKER AND GRAPE GROWER. I make wine respecting the environment, the land, and varietal purity. I am aware that each single vineyard has its own personality, hence I just go along with fermentation, following, and not leading, wine evolution, without clarification or filtration. Aging in the barrel is important but never prevailing, because I want to enhance the absolutely exclusive bond between vines and the Langa area.
