Born from a small family enterprise of only 7 ha to begin, but guided only by passion for winemaking transmitted from the generation to generation since 1882 until nowadays, Piccini has been a leader of change and innovation in Tuscany , always following closely the words of the first Piccini family member that started this extraordinary wine story that lasts for over 130 years : winemaking is driven only by passion.
Today, Tenute Piccini has four separate estates in its portfolio: Fattoria di Valiano in Chianti Classico area, Villa al Cortile in Montalcino, Tenuta Moraia in Maremma along the coast of Tuscany, and the last acquisition in Basilicata Region, Regio Cantina, and ranks as one of the most recognized brands of Tuscan wine in the world.
