In 2006, Frederick left his homeland to undertake postgraduate study at the University of Queensland.
With a background in finance and accounting, he spent a further two years plying his trade before launching a new business in 2009 with two partners from the Queensland wine industry.
This Australian adventure ignited his passion for winemaking and saw Freddie embark on a significant, new direction in his life and career.
In July 2013, Freddie settled down in Australia’s most famous wine region, the Barossa Valley, and it was here that the story of Greenock Estate began.
