If rosé reigns supreme in the Côtes-de-Provence appellation, Cécile and Philippe Bénézet have chosen not to sacrifice everything to it: they certainly offer rosés but also red wines and white wines. A choice assumed and even claimed, on the one hand, because it corresponds to their taste choices, but also because already in the 17th century, the Cuers terroir lent itself particularly well to the vinification of red wines, then very famous. As for white wine, its production, although more confidential, is also part of the DNA of Domaine Turenne.
