Bersano

Since its establishment in 1907, Bersano has been on a mission to capture the essence of Langhe and Monferrato's rich wine culture and share it with the world. It may seem like an ambitious goal, but for us, it is a commitment that we strive to uphold every single day. It all began with the visionary spirit of Arturo Bersano, and his legacy has been carried on by the Massimelli family. First, by Ugo and now, by Federica, along with her sisters and son. With their leadership, Bersano continues to flourish and embody the true spirit of Piedmont. From our vineyards to our cellar, and even our museums, everything we do is in honor of Piedmont. We take pride in our 230 hectares of vineyards, where we select and refine only the finest grapes of native varieties. This viticultural heritage is a reflection of Langhe and Monferrato, allowing us to showcase the diverse character of the region through our exceptional wines. But our dedication to Piedmont doesn't stop there. We also strive to preserve the farming traditions in our historic museums in Nizza Monferrato and our 10 cascine, which hold centuries of stories and capture the essence of Italy's winemaking history. At Bersano, we believe that wine is more than just a drink – it is a way of bringing people together. We are passionate about promoting the conviviality at the heart of Piedmontese culture, and our doors are always open for those who want to join us and learn more. With our commitment to quality, tradition, and community, we invite you to experience the true essence of Piedmont through our wines.
