Tasting Notes

Bright Straw Yellow in colour with greenish tinges, lovely 'perlage' (the effervesce when the bottle is first opened) and pungent scents of white flowers and golden apple. The palate shows great flavour intensity. Fresh, elegant and with a hint of fruit sweetness accompanied by a soft palate weight and structural acid presence which balances this sparkling wine. A refreshingly dry finish completes the experience.
