The entire Jeté range offers excellent fizz with prices to match. This is full of white peach and citrus, ginger spice and yeasty bread-biscuit flavours. It has some complexity, it’s refreshing, and it finishes rather zingy and super dry. Nice one.

Medium to full yellow colour, seemingly displaying some age (from reserve wine?). There is appealing toastiness and a degree of matured character, some lees-aged complexity, while the palate is quite intense and persistent, the finish firm and dry. The acid is a trifle strident. It has good mouth-filling properties over and above its station. Great value for money! (The back-label says it's a blanc de blancs)

Light to medium colour, bright yellow, with a good collar of foam. The aroma is fresh and clean, showing some subtle dried fruit and dried herb notes and the palate soft and full, round and ample with generosity and attractive texture, if not great complexity. It finishes clean, dry and refreshing. Lovely wine.

Méthode traditionnelle. Blanc de blancs. Fine and saline with plenty of citrus curd, florals and chalk. The palate is cleansing and plump, the dosage coming through on the finish. A crowd-pleasing, satisfying sparkling.

96% chardonnay, 4% pinot noir from Pemberton, Mount Barker Geographe and Manjimup, disgorged May '18 after 18 months on lees. A lighter style says Howard Park, and it's certainly bright and lively, and it's a surprise to find its dosage is higher, and acidity lower, than its siblings.
