Restrained and elegantly complex, the wine shows nectarine, lemon pith, nougat and oatmeal nuances on the nose. The palate displays excellent weight and focused mouthfeel, wonderfully supported by bright acidity. Beautifully composed and poised with a lengthy linear finish. At its best: now to 2029.

Wine Pilot

A terrific Margaret River Chardonnay which is cracking value. Lemon/green in hue, this sits at the leaner end of the spectrum. There is a minerally support system here, with notes of citrus and fresh melons to the fore. Touches of stonefruit are also noticeable. Fresh, good focus, pristine with a soft texture and a lingering finish. The citrus continues to emerge on the palate. Good now and over the next five to six years.
