Bin O has always been a flagship for Bests and is an undisputed icon of the Great Western region, as highlighted by its inclusion in the Langtons Classification of Australia's best Shiraz. This is a benchmark Bin O with a harmonious coupling of red and black fruits complemented by vivid spice notes of clove, allspice and cinnamon. The palate is rich and rounded but light on its feet with well-balanced acidity.
