Pale straw colour with bright green hues. There's aromas of wheat, breakfast cereal, cut straw, rice puffs, citrus blossom and lemon zest. There are savoury, mineral flavours, along with elements of citrus and lemon curd. There is a little touch of grip that also adds to the complexity.
