Our journey begins in the heart of the Côtes de Provence, in the Coeur du Var department, where our 30-year-old vines bask in the perfect climate of sunny slopes and refreshing evening air. This is where we hand select the finest grapes from the best vineyards, using traditional winemaking methods that have been passed down through generations. The result is a wine that pays homage to the past while embracing the future.
But it is not just the land that makes Rameau d’Or so special. It is the meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality that sets us apart. Our grapes are harvested at night to preserve their natural acidity and aromatic potential, then gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures. We allow our premium cuvee to rest on lees for five months, infusing the wine with a delicate balance of fruit weight, mineral acidity, and taut, spicy tannins.
And what about the name? Rameau d’Or, meaning Golden Bough, comes from a beloved French fairy tale of love, enchantment and transformation. Just like the magic branch in the story, our wine represents light and life, bringing people together and creating cherished moments. Our Petit Amour, or "little love," is a special addition to our collection, dedicated to spreading the joy and love of rosé.
