Here, biodynamic practices are employed, with all vineyard work done by hand and with the help of their loyal draft horse. This traditional method of working the soil not only preserves the environment, but also adds a touch of authenticity to the winemaking process.
At Les Closeries des Moussis, the focus is on gentle and natural winemaking, a stark contrast to the traditional standards of Bordeaux.
