Denise and Stephen Adams, owners of Ch. Fonplégade (Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé) and a vineyard in the Napa Valley (Adamvs), bought Ch. l'Enclos in 2007: 9.5 hectares divided into 38 parcels on the western side of the plateau, where Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec are grown. Since 2017, the vineyard has been certified organic and run according to biodynamic principles.
