Appearance Pale straw with a youthful hue Bouquet ifted and fruit driven aromatics, lemon and lime citrus, fresh pineapple, papaya and rockmelon. Underlying jasmine floral notes give the wine fragrance and lift. Palate Vibrant and fresh palate displaying citrus, pineapple, melon and fig. The palate is linear and focussed with great persistence of flavour. The lovely line and great length derive from the traditional Chenin Blanc backbone of this wine.

Machine harvesting at night ensures the fruit is picked in optimal conditions to retain freshness and flavour. Gentle processing of fruit preceded cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to ensure vibrancy and freshness is retained.
