When too much Shiraz is never enough.

This collection of Shiraz Shiraz and more Shiraz shows the joy of the nation's favourite red grape. Plump with plums. Choc full of chocolate. And with fine tannins aplenty.

You'll find one each of the following wines in this mixed dozen.

2x Yarran Shiraz 2018: The warm and dry climate during the ripening period is perfect for this Aussie favourite. A wine showing lifted plum and fruitcake aromas with spicy and chocolate oak on the palate.

2x 2017 Connor's Farm McLaren Vale Shiraz: Mike Farmilo from Connor's Farm is the driver here, delivering a lovely rich and typically chunky plum and berry soaked number. It's plump, it's powerful and yet it's much more moderate than you'd expect. Chunky McLaren Vale red with all the trimmings.
94 Points - Sam Kim - Wine Orbit. 93 Points - The Wine Collective.

2x 2017 Aramis Vineyards Regional Selection McLaren Vale Shiraz:  McLaren Vale Shiraz at its plump best, with so much chunky flavour, soft tannins and then a lovely smooth palate. Amamis here is showcasing the very essence of medium bodied, oh-so-generous Vale Shiraz.
94 Points - The Wine Collective.

2x 2017 Bilgavia Shiraz: Bright red fruits with oak hints and Hunter earthiness. What's so appealing about this wine is that it combines a true Hunter Valley style of medium bodiedness with some fine tannins and earthy edges.
93 Points - The Wine Collective. 90 Points - Campbell Mattinson - The Wine Front.

2x 2017 Tahbilk One Million Cuttings Shiraz: Don't tell anyone, but this is probably the pick of all the Tahbilk One Million Cuttings range. Flush with pepper dipped plum character, this medium bodied Shiraz is a real winner.
92 Points - The Wine Collective. 91 Points - Sam Kim - Wine Orbit.

2x 2018 St. John's Rd Resurrection Shiraz: This Shiraz from the St John's Road range is certainly authentic. Made using prime Barossa Valley fruit, this has a big heart of blackberry and mulberry chunkiness, all delivered with a palate that is sleek and smart. A clever, big but well made, modern Barossa red.
95 Points - The Wine Collective.
