Deep, voluminous, and mouth-coating; pristine red berry flavours wrapped in an invisible veneer of oak spice and powdery fruit and oak tannins. Acidity rings out from the front palate’s first play, which is gracefully wrapped by those fine tannins at palate’s end.

The small amount of whole bunch fermentation provides a hint of spice that sits on top of the wine like a garnish.
