Australia makes truly fine sparkling wines. Want proof? Take a peak at this selection of fine, and slightly fancy fizz that covers tasty local bubbles and a cheeky pink import too.

Wines included in this sparkling case:

Royale Marine Sparkling Rose NV
Provence rosé with bubbles. Why not? This fun pink is effortlessly attractive too. Pretty, and gently fruity, but super savoury, this blend of Syrah and Grenache is perfect for anyone who appreciates the refreshment and finesse of Provence pink but the softness of creamy bubbles... Careful though, this is seriously more-ish!

NV Winemaker's Selection Blue Pyrenees Late Disgorged Brut Rose
We simply love this complex, long, luscious and textural fizz. It’s a slightly bronze shade of pink (like many great Brut Rose from Champagne) and it just sails over the palate like a superyacht off the coast of Nice. Beautiful, and beautifully complex sparkling wine.
95 Points - The Wine Collective. 93 Points - Sam Kim - Wine Orbit.

NV Masottina Prosecco DOC Brut
96 Points - Decanter World Wine Awards
Very intense, deep nose with notes of pear, peach, elderflower and almond. This flows onto a mineral-drenched palate with touches of eucalyptus. Great length and depth of flavour. Classy!

Anon Sparkling Cuvee NV
'The inviting bouquet shows nectarine, rockmelon, almond and oatmeal characters with subtle yeasty complexity. The palate is vibrant and refined at the same time, delivering delicate fruit intensity and rounded mouthfeel, finishing persistent and elegant. Beautifully composed and elegantly complex.'
93 Points - Sam Kim Wine Orbit.

Paul Robin Cremant de Bourgogne
Cremant de Bourgogne is such an underrated style, and here's another example. It's always important to realise that Champagne and the northern end of Burgundy are so close together, and with this Paul Robin you're getting the richness of Burgundy, but a sense of freshness too.

Calneggia Asolo Prosecco NV
Huon Hooke
Very light yellow colour with a very persistent foam of fine bubbles. The aroma is straw-like and slightly earthy, very savoury and not floral or fruity. The palate is very dry and restrained. It has some intensity and length. A young, simple, basic fizz that is quite appealing for its dryness and savouriness. It has a touch of grip and leaves the mouth refreshed.
