Wines included in this case:

2016 Tomich Icons of Woodside Q96 Chardonnay: Tomich's single vineyard super premium Chardonnay showcases a real attention to detail, delivering a wonderfully persistent Adelaide Hills Chardonnay in a proudly rich and plump, old school vibe. Take one of these home if you're in the mood for Chardonnay with real flavour. 93 Points - The Wine Collective. 90 Points - Toni Paterson MW - The Real Review.

2018 Zilzie Regional Collection Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris: Venturing out from their home base in northern Victoria, the Zilzie team here have made a juicy Pinot Gris that even comes with a little pinkness. Lightly textural, but still refreshing and crisp, Gris for maximum enjoyment. 92 Points - The Wine Collective. 90 Points - Campbell Mattinson - Halliday's Wine Companion

2018 Handcrafted by Geoff Hardy Gruner Veltliner: The nose exhibits aromas of pear and citrus blossom, complemented by spicy notes. The palate is beautifully complex with pear, rock melon and lemon, followed by additional floral notes and a crisp, dry finish. 91 Points - The Wine Collective. 93 Points - James Suckling. 93 Points - Wine Showcase Magazine.

2019 St Hallett Rosé: St Hallett isn't normally known for rosé, but this wine absolutely nails the brief! It's tricky nailing the balance between fresh fruit and delicacy, but this finely textured wine really straddles the fence with ripe fruit and yet with crisp acidity. You'd have to go to Provence to see quality pink wine like this. 94 Points - The Wine Collective.

2017 Jeanneret Sevenhill Riesling: The vines grow on slate just beneath very shallow soils and this wine shows all of those characteristics. From the delicate floral and citrus aromas to the slatey, minerally flavours. It’s fresh and lively and has a lovely richness and roundness to finish. It’s pretty and fine – as Riesling should be and it’s drinking very well right now.  94 Points - The Wine Collective. 95 Points - James Halliday - Halliday's Wine Companion. 95 Points - Sam Kim - Wine Orbit

2016 Geoff Merrill Botham Merrill Willis Chardonnay: Plump and full life, yet still crisp to finish, the BMW Chard (that's what we call it) has that lovely toasty richness you want to see in a full-bodied Chardonnay, and retains freshness too. Flavour and freshness - it's what we all want to see. 94 Points - The Wine Collective. 95 Points - Sam Kim - Wine Orbit

My friends often ask me, “How do you know which wine to pick?” To be honest to comes down to a range of factors; the occasion, the people, the food or even just what mood I’m in. But one of the things I love is when I try something new or slightly different to what I’d normally drink and it blows me away. Here are a few wines that I’ve recently uncovered:
