Tasting Notes
APPEARANCE: Pale lime-yellow. AROMA: Lifted floral and musk aromas with hints of apple and mint. PALATE: Light-bodied and sweet with fresh, zingy acidity and highlights of green apple and florals. Light in alcohol with a refreshing finish and a fine mousse.
Winemakers Note
All lovely occasions require lovely bubbles… anywhere, anytime. This sparkling will be great as an aperitif and perfectly suited to a ladies’ day out. Try it with your favourite dessert too - say a fresh fruit platter, or for something a little more extravagant, Pavlova roll filled with lemon curd and blueberries. Yum.
