Corryton Burge Limited Release Cabernet Shiraz 2018
75 % Cabernet Sauvignon 25% Shiraz What a stunning example of this classic Australian blend. The two varietals complement each other perfectly, blackcurrant, cedar, and silky tannins from the Cabernet. Dark plum, vanilla, and intensity from the Shiraz. Incredible value at this price.

Rochford Cru de la Cote Pinot Noir 2021
Aromas of spicy plum and cherry fruit characters combine with charcuterie, earth, and rhubarb. The palate is lively and fresh with plenty of pinot charm. Forest berries and cherries finish with amaro spice.

McGuigan Bin 9000 Semillon 2014
Apricot and peach blossom aromas with a tempering peach pit bitterness. The juicy palate shows lime, green hedge, baby powder, light soap, lees, and pink grapefruit-tinged acidity. Finishes sweeter and muscat-y.

Terre a Terre Down to Earth Sauvignon Blanc 2019
This is the eighth release of our Down to Earth Sauvignon Blanc from our close-spaced Crayères Vineyard. The wine is vinified in two separate parcels, one in stainless steel and the remainder in large old oak barrels. The 2019 vintage is a textural wine, with ripe stone fruit characters and good length. It will benefit from bottle ageing, gaining some complexity with age.
- 96 Ponts, James Halliday

Hewitson The Ancients Barossa Shiraz 2019
In the glass, you can see deep ruby red with purple hues. On the nose you can pick up Intense raspberry and black fruits. Taste rich red and black fruits, integrated fruit and barrrel tannins.

2021 Monterra Pinot Grigio
This Pinot Grigio is pale lemon in colour with bright nashi pear and apple aromas. Soft and supple on the palate, this wine is abundant with flavours of nashi pear, citrus, and honey. Juicy acidity and silky texture delivers a fresh, dry, and pleasant finish.

Willunga 100 "The Hundred" Clarendon Grenache 2017
Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a semi-translucent dark red hue. Dark raspberry, plum and ripe strawberry aromas combine followed by dusty earth, subtle liquorice and spice. Bright juicy dark raspberry and plum fruits mix with liquorice over an earthy spice backdrop. Slightly dryish finish with tightly grained tannins and a medium to long aftertaste that shows good persistence. It is unoaked.

Best's Great Western Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
A blend of cabernet sauvignon with a small portion of merlot, cabernet franc and shiraz. Comes fully formed into the world in every respect, and ready to go. So composed and nicely poised with cassis, black olive, plum, well-measured oak and ripe, supple tannins. Hosts a serious density, too, which adds up to one stunning wine for the price.
