Why's this wine for you?

It’s time to admit we have a problem. A deep-seated, psychological need to drink Cabernet Sauvignon.

You’ve been sent this email because you too, like us and many of your fellow Wine Collective members are afflicted with this syndrome. It is an itch that no amount of Cabernet can scratch and there is no cure. The best we can do is numb the pain.

This case contains one each of the following:

2017 Bleasdale Vineyards Mulberry Tree Cabernet Sauvignon
A very attractive array of red-plums, blueberry and (you guessed) mulberry aromas here with a supple, smooth and fleshy palate that is all set for young, drinkable appeal.

2019 Deep Woods Redlands Cabernet Sauvignon
Lovely bright colour the aromas leap from the glass in a vivid spectrum of crunchy red fruits and subtle spiciness. The Palate is fine and medium bodied with the silkiest of tannins. Flavours of dark plum and anise abound with a long and flavoursome finish.

2018 Corryton Burge Limited Release Cabernet Shiraz
75 % Cabernet Sauvignon 25% Shiraz What a stunning example of this classic Australian blend. The two varietals complement each other perfectly, blackcurrant, cedar and silky tannins from the Cabernet. Dark plum, vanilla and intensity from the Shiraz. Incredible value at this price.

Rosabrook Dear Father Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Deep colour with the classic bouquet of briar Cabernet and unmistakably Margaret River this wine has a velvety and fine structured palate.

2017 Mount Kitchener Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep red in colour, with classic cabernet characters of cassis and blackberry, finishing with fine, silky tannins.

2018 Kirrihill Regional Selection Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of blackberry, cassis and orange peel, with hints of chestnut and forest floor. The palate shows vibrant, ripe blackberry flavours and nutty toasted oak. Fine chalky tannins and fruit are carried through the length of the palate
