COLOUR Pale Straw with a luminous hue NOSE Primary fruit characters of white peach, ripe papaya and citrus combine with hints of grilled nuts and brioche. Subtle oak and vanilla spice provide lift and interest to the aroma. PALATE Fresh and full flavoured displaying stone fruit and citrus characters. The palate is long, medium weight and lightly textured with hints of hazelnut and vanillin derived from a period of extended yeast lees contact and oak maturation. PEAK DRINKING Drink now while young and vibrant. FOOD MATCH A white wine for many occasions, the bright flavours, texture and weight of the Chardonnay will do great with creamy dishes or grilled chicken.
