A pale salmon pink rosé that shows aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, watermelon and crisp red apple with hints of marzipan, white flowers, peach melba, crushed quartz and a wisp of oyster shell. Crisp and savoury with pithy grapefruit, apple and raspberry fruits, soft spice and lacy bright acidity. Would be a hit at any barbecue.
